What is MuMe?

'The Museum Memories Project' (MuMe) is an oral history documentation project started on 15th April, 2020, to bring the world closer through sharing of personal memories from museums visited by anyone in any corner of the globe.

It is a free digital archive and resource platform of histories, heritage, cultures of all people, making them accessible and inclusive to everyone.

How to contribute?

  1. You can submit your personal memories
    related to a museum/heritage site/monument
    visited anywhere in the world, by emailing at 
    museummemoriesproject@gmail.com

  2. Send us any of the following:
    Write-up (poetry, prose) with photographs or artwork/embroidery/doodles, or Audio/Video clips in any language, including sign language.

  3. Then, you will be sent the Terms. If you consent then your entries will be first shared with the world through our Instagram profile and consequently become a part of our free digital archive
